I was born in Penzance on the 15th April 1956, and have two sisters and a brother, after my education I worked in an electronics factory. Not knowing at that point what I really wished to do with my life I joined the Army.
This after a short period I grew tired of, and I decided to take up a position as a trainee chef in the world famous Lobsterpot hotel in Mousehole, I enjoyed it so much that I was given a block release to the local catering college, where I learnt the craft of cooking.
After attending college and leaving the Lobsterpot hotel, I landed a 2nd in command to the head chef of a top Penzance restaurant, I loved the challenge this gave me, but one night while out in a friend's car as a passenger, our car was in a very bad accident with three others.
I was in the hospital for over 6 months, and while I was in there my boss had no choice but to let me go, since then I have had many jobs but none of them matched the one I lost.
During my life I have learnt and seen so very much, and my head is full of ideas, it is for this reason I now turn to writing, and am now in the process of writing those thoughts down on paper.
