Shipping and returns policy

The term P & P means Postage Packaging Material and Handling cost. We always provide our customers with excellent service and good packaging and fast dispatch.

We use Royal mail first class small parcels, includes insurance.

If in the rare event your book or product arrives damaged, we will issue either a full refund or a replace it with like for like.

If the product suffers damage during transit to your location, we will need to claim off the carrier who we chose to deliver it to you.

All books are brand new.
